Is the KDA merch limited time?

I would assume no, since the K/DA skins are permanent like the Pentakill skins.
The digital or the physical?
Most of the digital items seemed to be time limited.
The Ahri kd/a figure is listed a special edition, which usually means once they're gone, they're gone. None of the shirts seem to be. I'd hit the 'contact' button in the shop if you are dead set on something but can't buy it right away. That's where you'll get the best answer.
