Does buying the firecracker vayne skin set give the border?
Im thinking in buying the firecracker vayne and Im wondering if the set gives you the border can anyone pls tell me?

I played with someone earlier today who had purchased that bundle. When we loaded into the match, the first thing he said was that he had been expecting a load screen border with the bundle. So I guess the border is either bugged or not included. Might want to ask Riot Support about it.
Great splash, though. It's a shame so much of it is cut off for the load screen portrait.
