Early-Mid-Late Game

So i've been wondering which champion has the best early game. Im asking this since some champions like Ryze who is has a bad early game and does good late game.So if there is a champion that's "balanced" enough please tell me.Hoping to get out of bronze with that champ.My early game is okay but if i go against like a assassin who burst me at level 6 than i will just fall off the mid and late game.In the mid game my team seem to just start flaming me for some reason and i try to catch up in cs when my enemy lane is roaming while i ping.Late game i'm okay with since i either have 6 items or i'm just a really op champion, and have a really good scaling.So leave some tips to help my early to mid game and "balanced champion" recommendations.Not much balanced champs.

top lane pantheon has probably one of the "best" early games, if "good" is defined by his damage output and ability to control a lane in your opinion. you'd really have to give better definition to your terms because "good" is different based on what you want to do.
