Victorious Skin Locker

Dear Riot,

I think Victorious skins should be amended such that all the Victorious skins are available at the end of each season and players are allowed to unlock one skin of their choosing. I don't think this would in any way detract from other players who were gold in earlier seasons and who already have skins that are now unavailable (obviously those players would still be able to collect each new Victorious skin as it's released). However, allowing players to choose from any of the Victorious skins would increase the reward for players who are reaching gold for the first time in later seasons.

These skins are a great way to honor players for their achievements, but currently there's a world where players will be given a really cool skin for a champ they hardly play when an equally cool skin for their main was available, but only at a time before they were able to reach that checkpoint. Allowing players to choose one Victorious skin per year would ensure that each player is as happy as possible with their reward without cheapening the fact that those skins have to be earned.
