Losing lp when you have an afk after remake time period.

Honestly, I hate it, every time i play a ranked game, and I have an afk I always lose. It's not fair to have to lose lp for something that isn't your fault. The remake time period only lets you remake if they have been afk for the beginning. But what about after that like in mid-game where they are afk for 5 mins to the rest of the game. Riot needs to do something about it. If you guys have any stories please add and get this thing taken care of.

It needs to be fixed. Any reason for why it isn't is just a poor excuse.

  1. "It balances out statistically, mathematically." No it doesn't.
  2. "It can be abused." Very slowly, and don't punish every honest player because a few dishonest players may abuse it. Just catch those players instead.

One I thought of myself, that no one has mentioned. Might be legitimate. If you disconnect and reconnect, your team has no incentive to try. They won't lose LP, only you do. But you know, you shouldn't have disconnected. And if the team still has a chance to win LP, they would still try.
