23 and last season i hit silver 2
hit p5 at 17, now 18 and unranked
28 and s4 last season/ also s 5 at 26
19 and ended last season at Gold 4.
Currently Silver 3, at the same age.
Old, unranked. With age comes wisdom and I was wise enough to not bother.

I played ranked every year since season 2. At season 2 I was 19. S2: 19yo, Silver ELO (there weren't any defined devision at the time.) - 19. S3: 20yo, Start Bronze II, final rank Gold I. S4: 21yo, Started Gold V, final rank Platinum IV. S5: 22yo, Final rank Platinum III. S6: 23yo, Final rank Platinum V - I took a break from league or essentially quit it to pursue career interests. S7: 24yo, Final rank Gold I. S8: 24yo, Currently Gold IV.

I'd bet that's only true up to a point. As you get older you generally get more responsibilities and gaming takes a backseat. I'd guess at about 20-22 you'll see a backswing. As for me, I'm 26 and don't play LoL anymore, so I'd recommend you don't use me as a datapoint.
