Gotta Love Rengar am I right?

I just played a game as Teemo top, not the best Teemo game I have had but it was fun doing my Landmine build. However what made the game bad was that the enemy team had a Rengar, one of the worst champions to go against as anyone in my opinion. I play alot of tanks, and Rengar is one of those champions that kind of ignore the rules when it comes to fighting a tanky support or top. As I was playing this Teemo game, he ulted and jumped on me, dealing 1843 damage or somewhere in the 1800's with one Q. He gets more damage by leaping, but even having armor boots built in he still does that much with 1 Q and Ult combination. I feel like his empowered damage should be nerfed because as I have stated I had armor built in, not a lot, but I had armor and with one empowered Q he managed to do that much. I understand lethality has been a topic of interest for Riot, buffing, nerfing, then buffing again, but Rengar himself with lethality and empowered abilities make him a freight train to go against as anyone. I have played against one as Tahm Kench before Tahm was nerfed and I still could almost be one shotted by a Rengar when I am full tank. A Youtuber I have watched from time to time mains Rengar and he has shown how broken Rengar can be: "Top Lane Tank, Still Deal Chunks of Damage With Grasp", "Full Assassin One-Shot Rengar", "72% Lifesteal Rengar", "Full AP Rengar Still is Viable". The list goes on as to how many videos this man has played Rengar and comes out on top despite the build he does. needs to be nerfed among some of Riot's assassin Champions despite the problems with lethality working on assassins. He has been shown to be broken regardless of the build used on him and can win 1v1 to 1v5 fights easily.
