Now that ivern is gutter trash can we revert his nerfs?
He went from op to unplayable in like 3 patches. Give him meaningful shields again.

He should probably get a little more armor or hp tbh
His best runes were often defensive with move speed or ap with cdr and he's not able to handle the current levels of damage from what I've seen
hes cancer to play against so i rather keep him trash
As of right now on pbe his q is getting a cdr buff
