I like playing ranked games but I am not that good. I tilt people quite often. Lot of people report for intentinal feeding an so foirth, What can I do to prevent myself form getting in trouble from riot games an the community??

If you aren't actually inting (meaning you arent just running blindly into the enemy or enemy tower to die), the you are fine. Just focus on not dying (it is actually an important skill to have in this game). Just make that your goal..however many deaths you avg, try to reduce it. The easiest way to do this is don't take any chances (don't tower dive, don't chase the fleeing enemy without vision (make sure you use your wards), don't face check brush, etc)).
BTW, don't play ranked, if you "aren't that good". It is no different than norms except you can get some minor rewards at the end, but you have to be at least decent (be able to get to silver).
