Why is AGDQ in sub mode?

Ugh, just kill the fun why don't you? I get that you guys are trying to be professional and child friendly, but like the heart of this is now just dead. All humor PG, no cursing in the slightest, and now forced control of twitch chat? Man, AGDQ, you have really gone down hill.

Probably because with the introduction of trans runners chat has become hella immature. I'm fine with plebs being silenced, and no I did not sub but it was really obnoxious seeing that kinda behavior.

Me and Fizz were talking about it earlier

Apparently they banned a variety of official emotes on AGDQ as well according some posts I see on Reddit. Can't find an actual exact source though... and people are making jokes, "pay $5 to get banned"

What a mess this Games Done Quick is

Edit: wtf why are you doing this AGDQ

People are going to Trihex's twitch channel to by-pass the pay-to-chat BS now since any other stream that tried to do that got banned

It's disgusting

I can't be too upset about it, I mean, it does raise a lot of money for charity but like....the soul is just gone.

It's not this time, there's reason yet to be upset

Apparently the charity choice this time is scummy even

I'm hearing things like how the CEO of it has a 300k salary (not hard to put 2 and 2 together here) and something about the bottom 30% of the program spending is on a charity navigator or something
