@Riot Runes reforged.

Runes reforged are taking up both masteries and Runes right? So will champions be playing on their base stat? I hope that if they are riot won't rush to buff ranged characters defensive stats or more likely pre emptively change ranged characters base stats like they did to ranged characters giving them scaling magic resist right before the tank update while at the same time lowering tank damage and giving them massive in kit delays. I hope they look at neglected melee carries giving them individual fixes to make them playable.
