Climbing out of bronze playing top

How do I climb out of bronze playing top lane?? Its seems like when I gain LP its just lost right after and I seem to not have enough carry potential.

There's 2 big options you have here.

1: Split push potential. Anyone who can splitpush effectively (Think Teemo, Fiora, Jax) Can effectively splitpush lane, Punishing enemies who back or gank

2: Gank Squad. Anyone who ganks effectively is REALLY GREAT, Since if you cant win Your lane, You can win Mid or Botlane.

one trick sion. seriously learn how to harass with e early and push them out of lane. I usually take sion top, but i wreck shop as supp too. I climbed out of Bronze 5 in 2 months.
