What is the community's actual view on punishments for INTENTIONAL feeding?

Like how much times should it occur before a punishment is warranted? What tier of punishment should occur?

Generally you hear people say to perma ban people that int, but is that really the view? Should people be perma banned for 1 case of intentionally feeding?

It's not like it matters what we think, Riot don't ban them anyway. There was some guy making a point on how bad the system is for intentionally feeding, inted +30 games in ranked 0/12/3 KDA average and he went unbanned.

He made a thread about it but the moderators deleted it lol https://na.op.gg/summoner/userName=makeupsex321

People usually dont get punished for inting. This was never the case and it will never be.

I've tried multiple times to come up with solutions for this, but people seem to disagree with them every time.

The general consensus is that it's too difficult to tell the difference between an unskilled player and someone who's intentionally feeding. I agree that it's difficult, but I don't think it's "too" difficult to come up with a solution for, as in, I believe there IS a good solution.

The issue is there are just too few people who actually want to try and come up with solutions and would rather pretend the problem doesn't exist or simply complain about it and demand that someone else fix it.

At least, that's my perception of the situation.
