Melee champs already had a rough time against him, now with the buffs it's literally impossible to lane vs. Darius as any melee champ. I don't even think Irelia, cancer that she is, could do it. Hell, even some ranged matchups would get dicked if he decides to take Ghost/Flash.
I dump on him with Diana like 95% of the time. Run Phase rush, hit and run until low enough to kill, win.
I'd imagine it'd work just as well with plenty of other champs. Phase Rush(Or Stormraider's Surge previously) REALLY ruins his day. His slows become useless if you can simply peg him with your spells to get slow reduction+a speed boost to walk away.
The trick is just to use a champ that can get in, combo him(And proc Phase Rush), and get back out - Before he can stack on them. You don't need to beat him in a fair fight, you just need to whittle him down with repeated hit+run tactics, while coming out of each trade ahead of him.
Side note - Second Wind is immensely helpful in this matchup, as the goal is to never let him get more than 2-3 stacks on you anyway, so the heal counteracts low stacks of his passive quite nicely.

you probably meant to ask "which tank", as Darius isn't that great but at least he stomps most tanks
the buffs did nothing to him he does about the same damage and he still sucks since all you have to do is farm vs him and play safe since his mid and late are shit.
Darius buff was very not needed
Let's see: Jax, irelia, tryn, and fiora can all go even with or stomp darius. Champs like urgot, jayce, and quin still faceroll him. Illaoi can stomp him. I mean, dar is still far from broken my dude.
that I know of: 
He's super easy to punish. If he uses his q on minions, you can all in him. If you're on a powerspike, you can all in him most of the time(all of the time if you avoid his q).
Yes, I'm being a dick and picking champions that aren't 100% melee. On the other hand, Kayle's R counters Darius' R and Gnar, with a well timed transform, can slam Darius under tower.
Its called farming CS. Itemizing for the game be it to peel for the damage dealers, zoning enemy carries, pressuring the enemy rotations, etc.
