Is riot only focusing on skins now?

Ive seen a lot of horrible posts about skins being the main focus of riot games. I even saw a post describing how horrible some skins are even though they cost $100? How can they make a skin worth 100 moneys when you can buy 3 or 4 other skins that are twice as better?

Ive seen few games go down like this, and its really sad to see people still clinging to this game when clearly its having major problems with no intention of fixing them!
