Isn’t this thing above actually a breach of Limited Licence 3.2 section, which stipulates that Riot agrees to fanarts and anything based on Riot’s IP only on non-commercial use? That’s not even in Legal Jibber Jabber allowance? Unless they have legal approval, which I doubt as shirts are tagged with weird tags instead of character name? They have also some site similar to Patreon selling same, which most likely breaches also their rules, as they encourage being owner of original content. That’s like DMCA level thing. Can any Rioter or law dealing person shed some light on this matter?

From what I know they are actual creators of this fanart, they have some small Twitch stream, and do it there, which is ok. But selling it not really.

Far from style doesn’t change being based upon, the only actual change is facture and not so good art anyway, but geez. On the other site they make packs actually naming characters properly with NSFW stuff as well.

For something like this, I'd be more interested in knowing if they got permission from the fan art creators. I'm pretty sure this is a situation Riot would be lenient on, since a lot of the art being used is so far from League's style that there's a small chance anyone would think it's made by Riot.
