Which champion should I buy?

First time posting here, please be gentle. If this isn't in the right category, let me know.

I've been saving up lots of blue essence lately, and I nearly have 6300, enough to buy most of the more expensive champs. I've played Zoe a lot in ARAM, and Bard a lot since he was on free rotation, but now that I can buy one of them I'm not sure who to buy! Things to consider:

-I'm a fairly new player (only level 27 at time of posting) -I tend to do really well with Zoe in ARAM -Bard isn't as commonly used as a support, as far as I can tell. Not even sure if he's good -I have so many support champs already... -Zoe is a lot of fun, but I've been told you can feed with her really easily, if you don't know what you're doing.

Please help!
