We're changing up discounts

Will Gun Goddess Miss Fortune go on early sale eventually?

There are 2 reasons I'm curious, and I haven't been able to find any answers elsewhere:

  1. When RIOT said they were changing up discounts they said "All tiers, including future Legendaries, will be eligible for the early sale." I know this quote says "all tiers" but it sounded odd that they mentioned it "included future Legendaries" and they didn't mention Ultimates.

  2. Since this Ultimate is cheaper than the previous ones, would that replace the potential for an early sale?

Any thoughts would be appreciated!

Ultimate skin release: no sale on release, 4 - 6 months goes on early sale for 25% discount then goes back to full price, never goes on a direct discount sale again.

The wording on the page is a bit iffy, but a commenter explained it pretty well. c:

PS: Elementalist Lux was out full price, but around half a year later ish? had a sale.
