So those of us who have been playing for a quite a while will get :
~15% of past runes refunded(i think), no matter the cost being 210 or 1280 and being rounded to only 100/300 BE. What. The. Fuck.
Urf Warwick Costs 150000 essence... i don't even think i could reach that because, lo and behold i'm a mid to long term player and fuck us amirite? Only new/Old(barely) as hell players get anything. mid to long players kind of get a kick in the d*%$^. (hey free skins i guess for you oldies out there)
chests for a random chance of Blue Essence (most likely only like 50-300(?) essence 90% of the time i'm sure until fail-safe system kicks in for a shard/gem.

so you're telling me :
lower levels get champs faster Old players are able to afford whatever Mid/Mid-long are to be laughed at because (^^see quotes above^^) Mid lv 30 players will barely be benefiting from any of this. We get less essence, less champions, non affordable rare shit (i guess chromas aren't bad IF YOU'VE BOUGHT THE SKIN), and in my opinion a big ol' FVCK YOU.
