Looked it up. Not from a game sadly; it's instead an illustrated version of 1 of the 192 games 2 friends played together. One of the friends was diagnosed with Burkitt lymphoma, and the other reached out to Riot to do something cool for him. Riot ended up illustrating all of their games, but sadly the first friend passed away before it was finished.
