you report them for harassment and report mf for afk. Two wrongs makes a five way ban.
There is 0 point in reporting AFKs anyways, they only get banned through leaverbuster(don't even know why it's a report option) not through the actual report system. And if they're somehow just standing around to avoid triggering leaverbuster, the system isn't equipped to distinguish that type of behavior from supports.
