So we saw that URF was released for the All-Star Event, but not for the rest of league community. So WE KNOW that it's possible for them to make it a custom game option if they so please, but RIOT only cares about the competitive scene? That's what i gathered anyway. =/

I also want to add, i'd be happy with one for all.. URF.. nexus blitz.. ANYTHING. all we have is norms and ranked. ARAM is old a boring. TFT is garbo.
didnt we just have urf for like 2 weeks? and it was on pbe for like over a month before that?
