How Do You Deal With A Fed Illaoi During Teamfights?

Just lost a match when a fed Illaoi carried the enemy team. She's extremely tanky so focusing her is a no go during teamfights, but her tentacles when she ults decimates the team. I know you're supposed to get away from the tentacles but during teamfights wasting time repositioning yourself can lose you a fight. What can you do against a fed Illaoi during teamfights?

tbh I have no idea how you are losing teamfights against illaoi so hard unless your entire team is just brainlessly running into her as illaois team fight is actually pretty bad, sure she has huge damage but she has no mobility to deal the damage unless you just run at her, if you notice your team just brainlessly running into illaoi and losing though, tell them to just clear the wave while you or the rest of your team splitpushes
