Unable to stop losing streaks

I've been playing rank for 4 seasons and i'm stuck in silver/bronze. I consider myself a decent player with average KDA of 3.5 n up. I main jungle and i often get stuck in losing streaks of 5-10 games. I do not tilt as i'm an adult and i understand this game better than most kids.
In those losing streaks, i'm doing very well jungling, helping lanes that needed and i gank often with xin and wu as my main jungler. The problem are my teamates, i often get stuck with lands that gets fed, 0/3 under 10 mins. How can i get out of such bad luck all the time? It's been 4 season and the same thing repeats itself over and over and i have quit LOL so many times but came back to it due to the love of the game. Please help if any of you knows a way to get out of this. Thanks!
