Ok so only so many prestige skins are available in the point shop, so what determines which ones? Do they rotate? cause i would love to grab prestige Kaisa with my prestige points but only Evelynn and Ahri are avaiable. Or is Kaisa kda Prestige only ever avaible the one time in 2018 worlds?

Same here, I have 100 prestige points, but i want Lux prestige edition, it will come back soon?
