I have linked my League account with my twitch account and have been watching streamers to try and receive a drop to gain access to the game with no avail, i have also tried playing a league game. I've been following the increase your chances list but it doesn't seem to be working is there anyway i could receive access please?
Is anyone else struggling with this? One of my friends received access immediately after registering, is it just completely random?
I sat in toast's stream for 14 hours and still didn't get the drop, it's honestly really frustrating.
They're probably doing controlled beta access and prioritizing people who can show it off, like streamers. We all know what happened when TFT dropped, so they probably want to prevent that from happening again by making it so that only a few more people can play it at a time, as opposed to letting everyone log in all at once and fuck everything up.
Servers would not handle it... But I am hyped for another card game after Elder Scrolls and Warcraft soo... YES! Gimme!

I have tried everything as well, all the steps needed, and am just refreshing my email after every LoL game just to make sure I don't miss the opportunity. Was on stream the whole night with no drop 
Closed Beta is coming. I think only the lucky people will get in on phase 1. They explicitly state in phase 2 "More Player Invites" so that's likely going to be where a lot of the non-streamers get a chance to play. Then in Closed Beta they'll flood in more people to try the game. The beta is most likely where a lot of us will actually get a chance and its also going to be the longest phase since they'll need to test things like server stability and bugtest and such.
Still, there's only 10 playable days before Closed Beta and we have no idea when that is or how long it'll last. Assuming the testing periods are indicative of a schedule, sometime in mid January to February is likely when Beta is going to happen. Mid December is when a lot of Rioters are on vacation and it'd be an odd period to release in, and Q1 usually refers to the new year. So it'd likely be sometime between January and Early March for Q1, most likely earlier assuming things are stable.
