Gift Exchange [Suggestion]

Not sure where else to really put this so I apologize if this is completely the wrong area.

League needs a gift exchange program for skins/wards/etc. This company is huge and I'm pretty surprised nothing is in place already. All major stores allow gift receipts to exchange if you don't like what you're given and I would poop kittens and rainbows for the ability to be able to exchange a gifted skin for something I'd actually use without having to tell the gifter they need to create a support ticket to reverse the skin purchase, then get something else.

If this isn't possible (I totally get how this could actually be a logistics nightmare), at least give us the ability to lock skins so they're not able to be gifted intentionally.
