I can be toxic to the enemy team, but still get honor

Just an observation I've made. The system does not create any incentive to be nice or sportsmanlike towards opponents. It doesn't give any incentive for you to care how your teammates treat your opponents.

you can be toxic to the enemy team as long as you do not get reported, then your honor will be set to Dishonorable

Please continue to be toxic. Receive a ban and lose your honor level. [katarina-love]

I'm not saying you can have a huge flame war but you can say gg easy or call them noobs and your team will still honor you.

Thats because since the removal of riot's most common honor type (Honourable opponent) Then its not really something people strive to do.

I mean, I atleast strive to not be toxic to them, But i wont promise i'll play nice.

or meta.

But does it really matter? Does it REALLY? You don't have to work with your opponents. There are absolutely zero drawbacks to muting every one of them at the start of the game. There's not any reason to put in incentive to interact with them, when 99% of the time it'll create a toxic experience even if you're trying to be sportsmanlike.

That's the nature of the game.
