Waiting for 45ish hours now.
I have 2.5 weeks summer holiday left, after that I wont be able to play more than a few matches a week.
I want to climb my ass to gold 4 now i still have the time, but I cannot play due client problems atm and rito doesnt answer my ticket with my hextech repair log file from my computer. Pls rito answer me.
Sometimes, especially if the matter is a bit more complex, it takes some time to get a response. Sit back for a second and think about how many people play League of Legends. Now think about how many support tickets they probably get in a single day.
They will get to is as soon as they can. 2-3 days of waiting is normal in my experience, and really not all that much time. If you're that desperate you could try contacting their live support-- I did it once for a client related issue and they helped me fix it within a couple hours.
