Game is doing small freezes at quick intervals of time

Hey!

I took a break from lol about a month ago where the game was working perfectly fine 60fps every graphic settings on ultra. I just started again today and my game is going about 60fps and doing small freezes every second making my character "teleport" then walk smoothly then "teleport".

Since i thought it might be because of the LoL update i just downloaded i tried rebooting the client / my computer. It changed nothing. LoL is using my NVIDIA graphic card, and its drivers are up to date.

Maybe someone had the same problem or knows what might be causing this?
