Nope, that still sounds like just whining. Which is probably the rest of the video too.
Criticism about emo gangplank rework is correct. Criticism of capitalism is correct (it's not perfect, but much better than socialism).
There was a video where MarkGFL on youtube stepped out against Wargaming with very similar criticism, so there seems to be something like this going on in the world at this time.
19:45 I suppose ideally Riot could design with a more opn-ended approach and the game wuld be more like a sandbox, they wouldn't intend a new champion to fit into any role, but use a more creative process of design.
Overcomplication is definitely a problem, has entered into the game since about 2-3 years ago.
League has not changed. Changing a champions base armor from 30 to 35 or something similar, even if you do it 80 times every patch to 20 different champions, doesnt change shit.
