turns out I had alocated 0gb of space to system restore points

Didn't expect some things to be cleaned by ccleaner Now I can't undo it reeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee at least I free'd up 30 gb, I guess.
