Laning against Azir, Xerath, or Vel'Koz makes me want to shove scissors in my ears

I didnt include Ziggs in this list because his abilities can actually be dodged, even though his range is as mind-numbingly bs as everyone else (i think he has the longest range).

Azir:

remember when i poked you from a full screen away for 400 damage even tho im only level 7 a few seconds ago? well what IF.. i did it again for virtually 0 mana

Xerath:

i can hit you with my q,w, and ult when you cant even see me on your screen but its balanced because i have low mobility and you get that 0.2 second of warning time before the ability chunks half your health right?

Vel'koz:

you got hit by an E and im level 6 and 0/2?
