Riot support is a joke.

I seriously hope no one of you will ever need to contact their support, because its literally a joke and the worst support I ever seen in any games I've been playing. So, I've been sick for about 20 days and I had to be on hospital, during such time someone hacked into my account somehow, played games, deleted stuffs from my loot, insulted, flamed, deleted friends from my list and god knows what more. When I came back from hospital and found out it was too late, my account were banned 14 days for flaming, so my honor level dropped, lost rewards, several stuffs gone from my loot, missing friends on list, and about 40 games played. Contacted the support, and guess what the reply was? "we will do nothing, good luck, have a nice day".

Very good support riot, I am amazed on how good you handle situations with players, whos also spent tons of moneys into this game. I'm gonna stop putting any moneys into this dead game (I call it dead because the management gets me sick, really) and advise everyone to do also so, because it's clear since a while, they don't give a damn about us, they only take our moneys.
