Idk but I think vel'koz does too much true damage, his scalings are fine its just that 3 hit passive that deals true damage Im not saying he is op or that there is no counter play Just too many true damage numbers Feel free to tell me im wrong I just dont think blowing up a tank like an adc is balanced idk maybe it is rito
There is counter play it's called don't get hit 3 times
Vel'Koz falls off late so I think it's fine that his early damage is high.
All of his abilities is skill shot. just play him, and you will know that it's not that easy to land his combo.
And he falls off late game. even with full combo, Vel'koz cannot 100-0 most of tank or fighter ( Jax,Riven, etc. ).
