Riven or Reworked Irelia?

I have 5,000 Blue Essence and I'm wondering which champion I should get, Riven or Irelia? The reworked Irelia looks like a hell of a lot of fun and very versatile. But I also want Riven cause she looks like fun and I don't have many core top-laners. I also have a cool skin, Dragon Blade Riven (Legacy and Epic), that I got out of a chest for her. So torn, first world problems. Thanks for any input.

Irelia is very fun now, and much easier to pickup than Riven.

Don't even consider Riven in her current state if you aren't willing to put a ton of extra effort learning her combos.

Irelia is getting changes in 9.2 so what you see now might be drastically changed before February.
