Deleted my client!

I was just playing LoL than started playing another game for about 2 hours and then my LeagueClient.exe has now 0KB and doesnt work if I click on it. If i want to use the Hextech Repair Tool and Force Repatch Hextech Repair Tool crashes. My PBE and LoL Client are both gone. Pls help!
