Why hasnt there been a new, good, Vel'Koz skin? I mean like come on bro, I've been waiting so long and they keep giving champs with like 10 skins more skins.

Simple, Vel'Koz isn't Ahri, Lux, Ezreal, or Kai'Sa.

I believe it can prove to be difficult to create new concepts for void based champions at times.

However, I have hoped for Vel'Koz to receive a skin from the Dark Star or Infernal skin themes.

Battle Boss / Arcade Vel'koz shoulda been a given it needs to happen, all his other skins suck tbh, honestly id buy BASE skin chromas

It's because riots a greedy company that only thinks about the top 15 champs that already have 14 skins. Riot doesn't care about players as much as their profits. Vel'koz needs an evil skin and no arcade vel'koz or pool party. He needs dark star or eternum or something that fits his character.
