Is cleanse bad on Ornn?

Serious question not a troll I swear. I bought Ornn and I really enjoy him a lot, I find him extremely fun! However, I am noticing an issue where I can't do anything because the entirety of the enemy team blows ALL of their CC on me just to stop my ult >_> now... I guess in the end that's good for my team if it leaves the enemies open for attack without their CC's but I would like to actually be able to move during a fight just so I can help out a bit more since I offer such a large amount of CC myself and some damage to my team. Every time I pick Ornn 10/10 someone grabs a Morgana or Lux or some heavy frequent CCer to shut me down and so here's why I want to know if cleanse is actually a bad thing to run instead of flash depending on the enemy team's comp?

I can get away with my E quite often so it's not too bad without using flash but I always get slowed to heck anyways so Flash doesn't actually get me very far, especially if they have wall leapers on their team. On top of that I screw Flash up a lot... I've gone into bots to understand its limits a bit more and it seems like you have to be directly against the wall you're trying to go through to use it and it depends on where you're facing not where your mouse is when you use. Can anyone better explain Flash to me and whether cleanse is worth it?

cleanse is good in any case with dealing with cc just not common

You just need to learn to time your ult better. You should be using it in spots where the enemy can't interrupt it. Cleanse is only really used by mid laners in very specific matchups, and even then usually only in higher tiers where they're skilled enough to time it properly. Optimal usage of cleanse is removing CC the exact moment its applied. If you ever see a professional player use cleanse they time it so well it's like the cc never even hit them.

Flash is something you should always take (save for a few champs like Hecarim) because it opens up so many plays around using it offensively or defensively. Like you can towerdive someone while you're low hp and then flash out before taking fatal turret damage.

What's an ornn? Is that a champion? Is he new? I never see him, what's he look like?
