What.... Mandatory customer service?
To earn the customers respect? Lemme tell you guys something when you can tell your customers what types of dip and cigarettes and have them ready before they walk in the store you will get respect. Person 1 wants longhorns fine cut dip. Person 2 always gets those Newport shorts person 3 gets them grape cigarillos we know he puts weed in. Own the job and the customer is yours. I only worked at cefco a year and it was easy af. People were easy going as well just look like your trying to be quick and concise. Call centers deserve all the crap they get with that snake oil "please disconnect your modem for 2 minutes" bull crap. Just do your job and smile and gas station work is easy so is retail...
