Let me get to the point to this one... we have seen nerfs, buffs, and even Reworks from champions all over the place but heres one champ that hasnt been touched for awhile... mainly because his kit is pretty much be burnt to the ground and every laner can just shred him now. So if at all possible can there be an update to him at all?
