I need help on Janna.

I am currently mastery 6 on Janna, my win rate is usually around 50%. But for the last 7 games on Janna I've only won a single game. In all the rest the enemy team won from between 24 and 35 minutes into the game. Usually wins with Janna for me will be in games well over 35 minutes. My usually build is item 3069 item 3117 item 3504 item 3107 item 3222 item 3905 and I usually take e or q at start of the game. Am I doing something wrong, or is matchmaking just giving me a hard time? If I'm doing something wrong please tell me what it is.

I just did a quick look at your stats. One thing I see is that your damage is about 2/3 that of the average in every rank. This tells me that you don't poke with your W. You shouldn't just be a shield bot for your ADC. You have a targeted ability with moderate range so make use of it to do a little damage in laning phase which makes farming easier for your adc. It also makes successful ganks and dives easier if your opponent is lower health.

Without footage I can't say for sure, but how do you use your Q? You should almost never use it for engage. It is one of the strongest disengage tools in the game while being highly unreliable for engage.

Ok so first off with runes- Try comet primary, with scorch and take domination with relentless hunter and cheap shot. This should give you a lot of trading power in lane. Try to use your auto + w on the enemy whenever you can. If they absolutely cannot retaliate(IE they've used everything) you CAN use your tornado -> w for damage, but only if they can't just retaliate and kill you. Put 3 or more points into w before maxing e. Play safe when it's on CD and tell your AD to do the same.

Overall you die too much. I know "die less" sounds like really bad advice, but if you actively try to focus on dying less for a set number of games it'll teach you skills. Just try to keep in mind where the enemies are and their ranges, as well as if they can catch you out from invisibility.

In actual teamfights/skirmishes you don't want to use your tornado unless it's stopping someone from diving your backline. That's the difference between hard stomping and losing a lot of fights- for example if you stop a shadow assassin kayn from Qing to your adc or a kha from leaping with your tornado, they can generally focus them and kill them or at least kite back and run away. Your ult can also be used for that, so don't feel bad if you don't get the full heal but wind up stopping someone from oneshotting your ADC.

I wouldn't run twin shadows. Its too memey if you're being serious. item 3174 or item 2065 is what you want.
