Has anyone experienced Memory Distortion before?

I just experienced a massive memory distortion. Remembering memories that aren't real even when they do feel real.

All of the memories that I remembered was reflecting toward the same thing, me living a completely different life, in a different place, with different people.

Kind of mindblowing, made me question a lot of things. Now I got a massive headache, but that would make sense considering my brain was going through massive memory remembering process.

Have you recently suffered a head injury? Not trying to troll, it's a legitimate question, since obviously a head injury would explain this. If not, maybe it's the future you're remembering, or an alternate reality.
