No, you are just percieving it that way.

There are a lot of champs in aram that can be or are best played differently in aram as opposed to SR.

I cant comment much on your screenshot because it doesn't show your champ, but as an example I often build manamune on Kha'zix and max his W first for a poke build. Nasus often goes AP in aram, and does it pretty well. If your team doesn't have any adc's attack speed lulu or bard can be good substitutes. Stuff like that.

It’s an inside joke. Riot likes to laugh as people try to defend troll builds on the boards just because they are recommended.
