Is there a champion that takes the Font of life rune at all?

Just been crusading the effort to understand each champs game to even a minute degree and have noticed that pretty much nothing I have run into has font of life recommended for it. Wondering if I just have missed it thus far or maybe the alternatives are just that good. Its occurred to me this rune would give its highest effect to champions like cho gath or Sion yet obviously you still wouldn't want that over the alternatives.

I feel like it would be way better if they gave it a cool down that lowered over the games duration to allow the heal to be more significant. Maybe also have it grant a shield if the ally is already at full or close to full hp for 2 seconds equal to the amount they would have healed for like giving them an over heal.

its good on tanks who have cc.

and thats the only case. but its subpar compared to other runes in that row.

i have used it on maokai, braum. naut, leona etc. so when i cc a target my team/adc will heal from attacking them. it scales off maximum hp and if you take revitalize with it the combo will boost the healing from font of life due to the revitalize boosting all healing you give or receive.

It makes any champion able to take item 3504 Remember when Ashe dominated the meta by taking Ardent and Font of Life? Good times.

I run it on raka

it means your Q can trigger ardent since it slows enemies hit. And targets that attack people those that I've slowed with Q, heal up a little bit ever so small, triggering ardent buff without me being close to the fight at all.

which is vital since you never use your W/R pro-actively that is to say you aren't going to be healing a teammate that's full hp just for the attackspeed since the health cost on w and the cdr cost on r are both very pricey.
