Any other MOBAS out or releasing soon?
I haven't been enjoying myself on league for months now, but I like the concept of a moba --I couldnt get into dota2 or smite. Is there anything else out or under development?

Have you tried Battlerite? It's less objective focused and more about killing your opponents.
It's unfortunate, but you missed the age of MOBA's.
Heroes of Newerth and Heroes of the Storm have both entered maintenance mode. Dawngate shut down. Your best bet is either Dota 2 or Smite. Dota 2 if you want a more complex/mechanically diverse League, Smite if you want a 3rd person experience.
I unironically wish that there was another new MOBA because it would make Riot do better things on Lol to compete with them.
Funny that you ask that, we had some competitor's spring up awhile back and they all got rolled under a carpet and stomped on because they weren't like league. This game is cancerous trash and I wish it would die. I made a post describing how nasty this game at it's core has become and how uncaring it's creator's are. They deleted that post without a second thought and didn't even take the time to read what I had written first.
LoL is a monopoly that control the industry's ad revenue so yeah impossible to compete with bc esports people turning away from it would risk their careers.
Well like 3 to 4 MOBAs just got shut down last year so there is probably not going to be a big one coming anytime soon.
But I know some others vainglory it just got released on pc is a bit buggy but for the most part it works it is some what similar to league. Heroes of the storm the q times are a bit long but it is not super bad as for the game it is more team focused then league there are no items and everyone shares xp and map objectives are very important to do. The last one I would recommend playing is battlerite there are no lanes or items you get put into a arena and fight combat is a bit weird at first if you come from league but it is not hard. There is also wide cross I have not played it yet but it is a moba on steam.
There are some others but there basically dead.
As a whole, standard MOBAs are a fading genre. You're going to have to learn to like another genre or make your own MOBA.
The only one I know of is Spark but that's being developed by a very small team.
While League, Smite, and Dota remain the MOBA genre is mostly dead.
