Hello, im wondering what happens when u have all skins (without the impossible onces like black alistar). and you via hextech crafting reroll into a random skin permanent.

I've heard a roumor that u get a skin permanent that u allready have that u can cash in for orange essence. If this is true, what am I suppose to buy with that essence sence i got all the skins?

In my oppinion u should get something special for having all available skins.
