anybody els got a problem when purchase Snowdown capsule 2018 and doesn't get the item but stil get RP charged from it?

Yeah, it happened to me when I bought the Snowdown pass and it has now left the store + left no trace in my account history.

Glad you guys posted here. I was just about to buy the 7500rp pack and the Pass, but now I am gonna wait a day or two to see if its a common problem and fixed before buying. But do not worry I am sure they will get your items to you soon.

The pass was available for me, I played a game, bought RP, and now it's nowhere to be seen. There are spaces where it used to be on the main store page.

Literally was about to start grindin and earn those tokens, but i feel scammed man, wanted to buy snowdown pass, then it showed me an error so in conclusion i restarted the client hoping that it may fix it, but i was left with none of the rp i bought

The funny thing is, i had the same issue few days ago with a lux skin .. RP gone but Skin not sended. Even no left trace in my account history. So i ask Riot Support guess what?!! They dont refund, cuz nothing was in gift history lmao this downsyndrome Riot massive scam XD
