Good time to catch up on anime.
It is the time of year where shit starts to dry out, die, and get blown around in the air. Is it a sinus infection? Low fevers aren't a big deal, and happen more than you'd think. Just keep it monitored.
98.6 F is just an average, and it has a margin of error. Some people, myself included, run a little hot. Some run a little low. Some people crater under fractions of a degree difference in temperature. Where you are on that spectrum isn't your fault. Just keep it under control, for your own comfort and safety.
