account being hacked resulting in permaban because of scripts

2 days ago my account was hacked by a scripter and subsequently permanently banned for using 3rd party scripting software. These games were played on an IP address that my account has never been signed onto from before and they all Take place on the same day 3 games in a row. I would really appreciate it if this could be looked into because I have put a lot of time and money into this account and would hate to lose it because of a hacker. Thanks.

Going to have to wait on the support ticket (nothing anyone here can do to speed up the process). Hopefully you already brought up which games were played by someone else in your ticket.

IP addresses being different mean nothing, though? It's pathetically easy to mask that.
